Processing Time

All items are custom-made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Customization details must be confirmed before production begins. Any delays in confirmation may extend processing time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Estimated shipping times are typically 3–7 business days, but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order size and weight

• Shipping destination

• Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. All Thingz by Lia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Weather-related delays

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
