Refund Policy

At All Thingz by Lia, each item is custom-made to order. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Photos of the original packaging

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer-approved design errors (spelling, colors, size, or layout)

  • Slight color variations due to screen or lighting differences

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Items marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

If an order is canceled after production has started, the customer will be responsible for the cost of materials already purchased or used. Any eligible refund will be issued minus the cost of materials and any applicable fees.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be fully refunded.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
