Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving customization details before production. All Thingz by Lia is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling, colors, or design choices.

Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. All Thingz by Lia is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If an issue occurs, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review your claim.
